ResearchThe project “ Gender, Network Cognition, Public Administration and Policy” by Assoc. Prof. Güneş Ertan from the Department of International Relations investigates to what extent men’s and women’s workplace relations perceived differently in public administration contexts. Specifically, the project will analyze the link between gender and network cognition errors and how different forms of power interact with gender in the recall of bounded social networks. The findings of the study will contribute to academic and policy discussions on gender equity and inclusion in governance networks.
