Koç University students are at the CFA Institute Research Challenge Finals!

The finalists of the CFA Investment Research Challenge, organized by the CFA Institute, one of the world’s leading financial institutions, and hosted by the CFA Istanbul Society, have been determined. Among the 22 universities and 26 teams participating from Türkiye, the Koç University team became one of the 6 teams that made it to the finals.

 

We congratulate our students, Dila Kurt, Tayfun Özdemir, Can Kalecik, Osman Kocabaş and Meliha Miray İnan, supported by their instructor Zekiye Selvili, who succeeded in representing our university this year, and wish them success in the Türkiye finals to be held on February 25, 2022.

Social Science Project Receives Eur 1.4 Million Grant

Koç University Department of International Relations faculty member and director of Migration Research Center (MiReKoc) Professor Ahmet İçduygu and his team was awarded a grant of ~1.4 million euros from the European Commission Twinning Action fund for his project, entitled “Bridging the Migration and Urban Studies Nexus BROAD-ER” making it the second Twinning project to be coordinated by Koç University.
