Overview
Dr. Eda Aksoy has expertise in organizational behavior and human resources management, with a particular focus on the interplay between HR systems, organizational culture/climate, leadership, and employee motivation, attitudes, and behaviors. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Economics from Denison University, Ohio, and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Koç University, Istanbul. She earned her Ph.D. in Management and Organization in 2016 from Sabancı University, Istanbul.
In 2017, she was honored with the prestigious Ralph Alexander Best Dissertation Award by the HR Division of the Academy of Management. Her research has been featured in leading scientific journals including Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management Journal, Applied Psychology, Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology, and Journal of Managerial Psychology.
