Overview

Neslihan Özlü started her career in supply chain management as an intern at the logistics center of Volkswagen Dresden. She then moved into project management and took on managerial roles in the strategy and business excellence departments, amassing 12 years of industry experience in Ankara. Her interest in behavioral and empirical fields led her to pursue a Ph.D. at Stockholm Business School, where she focused on behavioral operations management using data sets. After completing her doctorate, she received a scholarship. She worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Georgia Tech in the US, where she expanded her areas of interest to include field experiments and sustainability. In the fall of 2024, she joined Koç University as a faculty member to continue her academic work.
